Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager at Finovest Group would be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the financial services market, primarily focusing on expanding client relationships and driving sales growth by actively prospecting, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong partnerships with potential and existing clients, all while adhering to Finovest's product offerings and compliance standards; requiring a deep understanding of the financial landscape and proven experience in relationship building within the investment advisory space. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Actively identify and source new potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events, targeting high-net-worth individuals and institutions aligned with Finovest's investment strategies. 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and proactively offering suitable investment solutions to foster long-term loyalty. 

  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presenting investment proposals, addressing client concerns, and negotiating terms. 

  • Product Expertise:

    Possess in-depth knowledge of Finovest's investment products and services, including mutual funds, portfolio management, and insurance solutions, to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. 

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

    Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to develop targeted sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. 

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including investment advisors, compliance officers, and marketing to ensure seamless client experience and achieve sales goals. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in wealth management 
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory compliance 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively pitch investment solutions to clients 
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on customer service and client retention 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis platforms to manage sales pipeline and track performance 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
